Refunds and returns

In the case of faulty goods, we allow a period of seven working days from receipt of the goods, for the customer to reject and return the goods for an exchange or full refund. Please note, we will require photographic evidence if you are returning an item damaged in transit. Make sure you have this ready when contacting our returns department. All other refunds are made at the discretion of the company. 

For orders fulfilled by items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact (in their original packing and in their original condition). Narizaonline Ltd trading as will not accept any responsibility for the loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at our address. We strongly recommend that returns are sent by a recorded or tracked method of delivery. Once we receive the goods, unopened and in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made to your credit / debit card. We will send you an acknowledgement of this by email. In order to arrange a return, please contact us and inform our customer service team of your order number, the item you are returning and the reason for the return. We will then reply with a unique returns authorisation number and the address you need to send the item to.

Refunds exclude any express service or international delivery charges.
